Meeting Agenda

Short business meeting to discuss current chapter business, introduce the 2012 board members and present the 2012 operating plan and goals for the board.
Mr. Don Sutton of Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA) is scheduled to discuss current air regulatory developments, including CASPER, new permitting/rulemaking developments in Illinois and the consumer products rule.

Mr. Sutton is a Senior Engineer in the CRA Springfield, Illinois office. His professional experience encompasses over 37 years of environmental work in Air Pollution Control, Water Pollution Control, and Public Water Supplies and 29 years with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Sutton was the Permit Section Manager for the Division of Public Water Supplies. From 1991 to 2006, he was the Permit Section Manager for the Bureau of Air.
Mr. Sutton was instrumental in developing the Title V permitting program for the State of Illinois, and his 55 member staff was responsible for issuing the construction and operating permits for the 6,500 active sources in Illinois. Since joining CRA, Mr. Sutton has provided an oversight role in several PSD applications involving synthetic natural-gas plant, coal-fired boilers and the relocation of a high-grade steel plant. He has also provided technical and air permitting assistance to facilities in ten different states besides Illinois. He is Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois and Iowa.

Stay right Turn right at second stoplight  (south).  The Hilton will be located on the south side (right) of Warrenville Road. Plenty of room to park.

6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Dinner (Birch/Hickory Room)
6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Business meeting followed by the presentation

Baked Rolls and Butter, Mixed Seasonal Greens with Choice of Ranch & Italian Dressings, Bruschetta Chicken Pasta (vegetarian option available).  Assorted Miniature Pastries. Freshly Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, tea.  Cost is $25 per person.
