Biography: Kenneth G. Anspach has an established law practice in the City of Chicago concentrating in environmental, commercial, banking and corporate law and civil litigation. His firm combines these concentrations in a unique manner providing a wide variety of environmental and commercial legal services to business, banking and industry. He is currently the Chair of the Environmental Group of the Union League Club of Chicago and the former Chair of the Civil Practice Committee, Chicago Bar Association. He previously held the positions of hearing Officer for the Illinois Pollution Control Board and Illinois Assistant Attorney General in the Environ mental control division. He has authored numerous articles in his field of practice and a book entitled Environmental Law and Insurance, published by the West Group.
