Also there will be discussion of the proactive nature of the railroads in providing training and support to emergency response personnel and LEPCs through an intensive community outreach effort. In conclusion the presentation will bring forward rail transport of hazardous materials and how partnerships between, shippers and carriers and the communities that are traveled through are being fostered. |
